The Melting Pot's franchisee recruitment website required an unconventional design to capture the nature of this exciting and romantic brand. The home page's striking initial visual gives way to a wealth of information through a unique scrolling behavior. We also built out two versions of the site for their domestic and international audiences. Take a quick look at the growth map, which features a custom app that uses the Google Maps API to provide rich data to potential franchisees about new opportunities.

Aaron Lee | President & Creative Director

Aaron Lee has more than 20 years of experience in developing, directing and producing thousands of design & multimedia projects. He has served as Creative Director for advertising & design agencies, multimedia studios and a television post-production studio. Prior to launching Illuminati Studios, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for an international application service provider. Mr. Lee received his degree in communication design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and is an active member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists, EO and a Scholar with The Council of Advisors for Media.

Jamie Cundiff | Operations Director

Jamie Cundiff has more than 10 years of marketing and public relations industry experience, and serves as the manager of client projects from start to finish. Jamie serves as the overall day-to-day contact for most clients in the agency and is involved in the project process from concept, through development and implementation, to launch and support, providing first-hand knowledge of all client projects. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations.

Ernie Millares | Technology Director

With over 10 years of experience in internet development, Ernie leads the development team at Illuminati Studios. His expertise is wide-ranging across many development platforms including ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET and Adobe Flex. Ernie has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Miami and is trained in a variety of traditional programming languages including Java, C++ and Visual Basic.NET.

Pedro Rodriguez | Graphic Designer

Pedro graduated from University of Miami in December 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. Pedro brings three years of design experience from other local design agencies, as well as UM's Hurricane Productions and UM's Herbert Wellness Center.

Marc Smith | Interactive Developer

When Marc joined Illuminati Studios, he brought with him over 10 years of computer related experience including Flash, Flex, jQuery and PHP. Along with his Bachelors in Information Science and his experience with clients such as AT&T, Netflix, and Carnival, Marc also brings a love of technology and a propensity to understand anything and everything interactive.

Shermor Gaillard | Web Developer

Shermor joined Illuminati Studios in 2010 after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Information Technology. Shermor handles a broad range of development tasks and languages, including ColdFusion, .NET, MySQL and more. His experience includes an internship with a Chicago company as an ASP.net developer and development work from home.

Alexander Wise | Account Executive

Alex joined Illuminati Studios in 2010, bringing with him 2 years of communications experience as an intern in agency and corporate settings. As Account Executive, Alex handles client and vendor relations, content management, and project management. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations.
