Amazon.com. You can find anything there and usually it’s half the cost of the store’s price.

I graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 with a degree in Public Relations. I worked at a PR agency for 4 years handling commercial tradeshow logistics for Florida’s largest utility company and managed South Florida community relation campaigns for one of the nation’s largest wireless providers.
In 2004, I met Aaron Lee and moved on with him to focus on organizing the logistics of his business while he worked to grow the client base, projects and bottom line.
All these years later, I wear many hats. I consider myself the liaison of much of the company. My duties include monitoring projects, making sure they get done and communicated correctly between our divisional staff, as well as with the client. I also handle all of the internal workings like HR and bookkeeping to assure that the company is staying in line with its necessities. I have my hand in a little bit of everything.
We have the greatest staff. Our employees are so smart and flexible. We truly have a powerhouse of creative, development and marketing staff.
Learning the ins and outs of how a business runs is the biggest professional development I’ve had at Illuminati Studios. Throughout the past years, I’ve had the chance to learn firsthand about what hinders and excels a business’ bottom line, learning the business fluctuations in a good and bad economy and watching a business break the bubble from a three-person company, to a five-person company, to a seven, to who knows how big we will expand. It’s been a been real-life learning experience that no university class could teach.
Early in our years, Aaron and I were tasked with creating an Intranet for the North American segment of a large corporation. We flew to the headquarters and they sat us in front of a computer to review their current Intranet. What we found was hundreds of pages that had no rhyme or reason to them. We were stumped as to how we could possibly organize or categorize all of these pages. So after much discussion, we decided that the best way to handle this was to take screen shots of all the pages and take it back to the shop to try to organize. We spent 8 hours taking screen shots! It was a daunting task, but we were able to review the variety of information that was available on the current site and recommend a plan that suit them just great!
If you need to get something done, I’m a good person to go to. I usually drive everyone crazy until it gets done. I hate things just sitting around in limbo. I’m also a solution seeker, so I handle the fires. Sometimes there are fires – it’s part of life.
